We sell several varieties of potatoes in both small and large quantities. Eva and Kennebec potatoes are yellow-skinned with starchy white flesh that becomes fluffy when baked, mashed, or fried. The higher moisture content of the Kennebec also makes it suitable for boiling and roasting. In contrast, Huckleberry Gold potatoes are purple-skinned with a waxy yellow flesh that becomes creamy when cooked, similar to the Yukon Gold. It is rich in antioxidants and suitable for diabetics due to its low glycemic index. Red potatoes are planned for introduction in the 2026 season.
